The suite is a track that I had played around with in a few different incarnations all the way back since the early months of 2013. But one night I just sort of finally got the chords together for the first and last section and then all those other moments formulated themselves around the whole suite. All the movements except #2 were recorded in the same session. Although I wasn't in a very emotional state from what I remember when I recorded the song, listening to it now I really like how emotional the strings and everything sound.
