A combination of two songs that I thought worked pretty well together. The eerie piano with Body Cheetah's weird and eerier vocal harmonies plus the backing drone really made me love the first part of this track. I had recorded the second section first actually, the weird piano was recorded off a record sample in the same session that most the samples "Ghost Machine, I'm On The Move" where recorded in. Then I got some helpful drone layers from UK drone master Komodo Haunts and the whole thing just seemed complete. Thank god for internet collaboration! When I finished the track, I gave it the name "Wonder Fair Winters" because it reminded me slightly of the nostalgic feeling of walking in downtown Lawrence in the middle of winter and obviously of visiting the amazing Wonder Fair art gallery. So many good times.
